Australian Multicam Desert Uniform or AMDU was developed by Blanchewater Gear in 2024 as modern take on the famed Disruptive Pattern Desert Uniform (DPDU) uniform used by the Australian Defence Force during the GWOT.
We used the same colour palette as the iconic DPDU and an extra colour developed by BWG to blend perfectly with its counterparts.

- Durable and tear resistant – Maintains strength through rip-stop weaving
- Blended Fabric – Nylon 50% cotton 50% blend provided great durablty and comfort.
- Flexible and conforming – Easily shapes to curves and seams without adding bulk.
- Colour stable – Holds dye well and resists fading from UV exposure and washing.
- Weight and specification – 210±10GSM.
Each unit is supplied as a single piece measuring 1 m × 1.5 m. Orders of multiple units will be supplied as one continuous length where possible.
Material will be sent folded.
