Durable AMDU 500D Nylon laminated with a brown felt backing, combining the strength and abrasion resistance of 500D nylon with a soft, protective felt layer.
The laminated construction adds structure, cushioning and protection, making it ideal for applications where standard 500D fabric requires additional body or a softer interior surface.

- High abrasion resistance – 500D nylon offers strong resistance to scuffing and wear, making it suitable for demanding tactical and outdoor applications while reducing overall weight.
- Balanced construction – The 500 denier yarn provides an excellent balance of strength, flexibility, and sewability compared to heavier deniers. The laminated construction adds structure, cushioning and protection, making it ideal for applications where standard 500D fabric requires additional body or a softer interior surface.
- Water and mildew resistant – Treated with a polyurethane (PU) coating and DWR finish to resist moisture, rot, and mildew.
- Good tensile and tear strength – Performs well in load-bearing areas, seams, and attachment points under repeated use.
- Weight and specification – ~360 GSM
Each unit is supplied as a single piece measuring 1 m × 1.5 m. Orders of multiple units will be supplied as one continuous length where possible.
